General Questions

Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and your order can be picked up at the shoppe. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Need a quicker shipping option? Shoot us an email at hello@shoppeayer.com.

We use the utmost care when packing our orders, but accidents can happen. If you received a damaged order, please email hello@shoppeayer.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will take it from there!

Yes! (P.S. Gift wrapping happens to be one of Ashley’s favorite things!) Simply choose this option at checkout and your purchase will come to you ready to be gifted to that someone special.

At Shoppe Ayer, we love to discover new artists and artisans! If you think that your work might be a good fit for us, please fill out the form below with the requested information. Please send 5 images of your work to hello@shoppeayer.com. For artwork, please include title, dimensions, medium and retail price in the body of the email. Format your subject line as Submission - Your Name and we will get back to you if we are interested!
